Shape and Form

Monday 29th September 2014
While studdying shape and form I have looked at many photographs that have been taken with consideration to shape and form. I have taken my own photos as my own interpritation of what shape and form is. By taking these photos in a specific way I was able to give the photos a whole new meaning.

With this image I have taken a close up picture of a door handle. The reason for this is because I like the shapes that were incorporated into it. Also with this image I think it shows the rough texture of the old door handle well.

Within these images I have have looked at using perspective also by allowing my camera to focus on two different places on the image this allowed me to create two different images. As the on on the left makes the front part of the wall look flat with the other wall however the image on the right looks like the front wall sticks out and the other wall is set back.

This image is a crack that I noticed in the wall. I am pleased with this as I like the colours used within this image. Originally I was trying to focus on the spiders web in the image however by focusing on the crack it has made this photo more interesting.

This image is one of the columns at the front of the church. I am pleased with the photo I have taken because I like how it has perspective also i like how it doesn't look like what it is.

I like the colours used in this image, I like how the red berry stands out against the green leaves. Also I like how this image is different to the others i have taken as most of them are dull colours.

This is one of my favourite images because I like how it shows dark to light and perspective.
